The objective of this course is to develop your knowledge of human behavior in organizations to enhance your ability to lead as an executive in the modern world of work. Effective leadership in modern organizations requires a keen awareness of ourselves and others – how we see the world and make decisions, what motivates and engages us at work, and how we build a work environment that surfaces and aligns peoples’ differing strengths and perspectives. This course will provide you with frameworks for understanding the individual and collective behaviors undergirding success in complex, interdependent organizations, while also providing hands-on application opportunities to integrate these frameworks into your own approach as a leader.
